The Lift Slab Foundation System protects the foundation from volume change in active soils. Lifted slab foundations can be implemented with either traditional rebar or post-tension cable; however, the greatest savings comes by utilizing Post Tension reinforcement where it is most needed.

The Lift Slab Process tranfers the load to the structural piers by taking the load off the slab itself and instead lifting the slab away from the ground. With fewer piers, thinner slabs, no interior beams, and less concrete the lifted-slab foundation system becomes a much more afforadable alternative to traditional slabs that require large amounts of cut and fill.
